can be processed by postal mail or fax
only. Unfortunately,
we are unable to accept credit card payments online.
DEADLINE:
Due to difficulty in setting up online credit card processing,
early registration has
been extended to October 15. Until
that date,
early registration fees be in effect. After
October 15, the higher late registration fees
will apply as originally established. (See Fee Schedule
below
for
details.)
REGISTERING
BY POSTAL MAIL: Registrations postmarked by
October 15 will
be considered as early registrations (at lower fees).
REGISTERING
BY FAX: Early registrations (at lower
fees) must be received on or before
October 15. If
there are concerns about faxing a credit card number
in conjunction
with
the registration form, as long as the form itself is
received
on or before October 15, the early registration fees
apply. Fee payment by credit card, check, or money
order then
can be made at the registration desk upon arrival at
the conference.
PAYMENT
BY MONEY TRANSFER: Payment can also be made by a Western
Union money transfer made out
to School of Education, Chapman University / AME, One University
