It is with tremendous sadness that I inform our community of the passing of Andrew Garrod who transitioned from this life on January 28 at age 89. Andrew, a long time member of AME, was an emeritus professor at Dartmouth University and made significant contributions in moral education. His work with *Youth Bridge Global" which focused on building bridges and enhancing understanding across religion, culture , and ethnicity using theater was awarded the Good Work Award in 2008. Andrew was a beautiful soul who will be fondly remembered and sorely missed. We will pay tribute to Andrew on our website and at the Madrid conference.
